Boxing Tournament in Odesa: Young Athletes Shine

From October 20 to 25, a Nationwide Boxing Tournament was held in Odesa in memory of the international class sports master Semen Tretyin.
More than a hundred young boxers from all over Ukraine participated in the tournament, which was revived after a six-year hiatus.
Arthur Prodan, a student from Sports School No. 8, competed in the 70 kg weight category, winning all three matches and taking first place. This achievement qualifies him for the honorary title of «Master of Sports of Ukraine».
Ivan Karpov from the same sports school claimed third place in the 60 kg category and met the standard for the candidate master of sports in Ukraine.
The athletes were trained by coaches Volodymyr Osipchuk, Dmytro Boboshko, and Ihor Hordiienko.
