Ukraine's Chess Triumph at the European Championship

On October 20, the team European Chess Championship concluded in Batumi, Georgia. Among the national women's team of Ukraine was Odesa player Natalia Zhukova.
The women's team secured 5 victories along with 4 draws, earning them a second-place finish, behind only the Polish team, which they notably defeated.
Natalia Zhukova also received an individual award for her second-place finish on the fourth board.
