Infrastructure Upgrades in 2024

In 2024, the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Service «Porto-Fran kivskyi» carried out comprehensive repair works on structural elements and engineering systems in its buildings.

At the request of residents, specialists from the KP «HCS «Porto-Fran kivskyi» completed the following works: roof repairs – 3682 sq. m; drainage network repairs – 731 m; roadway repairs – 1296.7 sq. m; restoration of asphalt in courtyards – 101.13 sq. m; entrance hall repairs – 1695 sq. m; central heating network repairs – 1023 m; cold water supply network repairs – 1361 m; electrical network repairs – 1769 m; window glazing – 131 sq. m; archway repairs – 1 building.

Moreover, the enterprise's janitors maintain cleanliness in the assigned yards daily. Cleaning is performed twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, collecting random litter, washing trash containers, etc.).

Additionally, the utility workers mow the grass, trim trees, collect fallen leaves, and tend to the flower beds and lawns around the serviced buildings. When necessary, they participate in citywide clean-up days, eliminate unauthorized dumps, and address the aftermath of hostile attacks.
