Revitalization of Housing Infrastructure in Khmelnytskyi

In 2024, the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services Khmelnytskyi» successfully completed major renovations of structures and engineering networks in the buildings under its management.

A total of 1370 resident requests were processed.

At the request of residents, specialists carried out the following works: roof repairs covering 3764.8 sq. m; replacement of drainage pipes and gutters – 753 linear meters; repairs of cold water supply systems – 1314.6 linear meters; repairs of central heating systems – 945.9 linear meters; repairs of sewage systems – 710.4 linear meters; repairs and replacements of electrical systems – 1297 linear meters / 335 items.

Moreover, the enterprise's staff participated in addressing the aftermath of enemy shelling, sealing 125 linear meters of windows with plastic.

Daily, the enterprise's janitors maintain order in the adjacent territories. Cleaning is performed twice a day (sweeping yards, emptying trash bins, washing garbage containers, etc.).

The municipal workers also carry out grass mowing, tree trimming, leaf collection, and care for flower beds and lawns around the buildings they service. When necessary, they participate in city-wide cleanup events and the removal of illegal dumps.
