Renovation Work in Odessa's Residential Sector

The municipal enterprise «Chornomorskyi Housing and Communal Service» has undertaken various renovation activities in 2024 for the buildings under its management.

A total of 778 requests from residents were processed.

At the request of the residents, specialists performed the following maintenance tasks: roof repairs – 510 sq.m; repair and replacement of drainage pipes – 365 p/m; electrical installation works (cable replacements) – 610 p/m; replacement of sewer outlets – 108 p/m; stairwell repairs in 8 buildings – 1230 sq.m; pavement repairs in 9 buildings – 94 sq.m; installation of mailboxes in 4 buildings.

Additionally, in preparation for the heating season, current repairs were conducted on central heating systems in 167 residential buildings – 340 p/m, with 83 valves replaced.

Moreover, the cleaning staff regularly maintains the adjacent territories. Twice a day, they perform cleaning activities (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, picking up litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).

The municipal workers also handle grass cutting, tree trimming, leaf removal, and care for flowerbeds and lawns around the serviced buildings. If necessary, they participate in city-wide cleanup events, removing illegal dumps.
