Honoring the Memory of Oleksiy Vadaturskyi in Odesa

In Odesa, the memory of the distinguished Ukrainian Oleksiy Vadaturskyi was honored. On September 12, the «Multiplex» cinema hosted a pre-premiere screening of the documentary film «The Bread Captain of Ukraine», dedicated to the founder of the «NIBULON» company. The event gathered officials, agrarians, and the public to pay tribute to the Hero.

The event was opened by Andriy Vadaturskyi, the general director of «NIBULON», Oleksiy Pavlenko, advisor to the general director, and Anton Shalyhai, deputy head of the Odesa Regional State Administration.

Addressing the audience, Anton Shalyhai emphasized the significant contribution of Oleksiy Vadaturskyi to the development of Ukraine. He mentioned that a street in Odesa had been renamed in his honor, symbolizing gratitude for his work.

"It is symbolic that the future «Bread Captain of Ukraine» was born in the village of Bendzary. Here, on this land, he took his first steps, nurturing his love for farming. Moreover, Oleksiy Vadaturskyi was not only the founder of a successful agricultural enterprise but also revived navigation on the Dnipro and Southern Bug rivers, providing thousands of Ukrainians with jobs. His main lesson was that even in the toughest times, one must move forward, believe in Ukraine, and its ability to be a strong and reliable partner for the world."
