Veterans' Extreme Marathon in Greece

Today, May 5, 2025, the Odessa veterans' team has set off for sunny Greece to participate in an extreme marathon across the Aegean Sea.
The waves, winds, and breathtaking views of Olympus will form a part of their challenge, primarily against themselves.
In Thessaloniki, the first international rowing club, YAL Rowing, is being inaugurated. This is not just a sport; it represents rehabilitation, motivation, and a return to life.
The Mayor of Odessa wished the veterans strength, resilience, and inspiration. Additionally, Hennadiy Trukhanov presented the veterans with the Odessa flag—may it wave alongside the Ukrainian flag and lead the team forward!
