Success of Electronic Document Management in Education

Since the launch of the electronic educational document service in the "Diia" app, Ukrainians have utilized it over 26 million times.

This was announced by the Minister of Education and Science, Oksen Lisovyi, at the "Dream Post-Education" conference, as reported by "Interfax".

"Thanks to our close collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, we have implemented several initiatives that have significantly streamlined education for students, pupils, parents, and teachers. The "Diia" app now offers electronic documents that have been generated over 26 million times," the minister stated.

He also noted that the ministry has simplified the document submission process for participation in the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT), introduced a fully electronic record system for children in schools, and created the ability to submit applications for transferring or enrolling students in educational institutions electronically.

It is worth noting that the ability to obtain educational documents became available in the "Diia" app in March 2024.

The Ministry of Education and Science explained that diplomas, certificates, and transcripts are "pulled" automatically, but only display information contained in the Register of Educational Documents of the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (EDEBO).

Additionally, documents about education that were not relocated after occupation cannot be found in the application.
