New Registry for Limiting Participation in Gambling in Ukraine

The State Agency for Gambling of Ukraine, «SafePlay», has announced a tender for the development of a registry for individuals who wish to limit their participation in gambling activities. This was communicated by the agency's press service via Telegram.
«Our goal is to create an efficient system that is safe and easily accessible for those wanting to protect themselves or their loved ones from gaming addiction», the message states. 

Among the key changes being implemented are:

• a personal cabinet for submitting self-restriction requests;
• integration with the Diia online portal and systems of gambling organizers;
• enhanced protection of personal data.

This registry is a crucial step in promoting responsible gaming and ensuring a safe gambling market in Ukraine.
The deadline for submitting proposals is October 26, 2025.
The expected cost of the project is up to 1.7 million UAH.
The agency noted that the registry is to be updated by December 15, 2025.
