Odessa Community Receives New Rescue Equipment

On September 17, during Rescuer's Day, the city of Odessa provided new firefighting equipment, received from international partners, to neighboring communities of the Odessa agglomeration.

Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov congratulated the rescuers on their professional holiday and emphasized the importance of collaboration:

«Today, Odessa has the necessary resources, but our neighbors often lack such equipment. Together, we face challenges and rebuild lives, together we save. Two vehicles, transferred from Mainz, are heading to the Chornomorsk community, one to the Fontanskaya. The equipment provided by Bristol will also be put to good use».

The transfer of equipment was coordinated with international partners who support Odessa during the war.

Additionally, the city's rescue team of the KУ «Rescue and Diving Service» received new rescue gear and equipment donated by the charity fund «Reach for the Sky».
