Service Suspension on Diia Portal: Technical Work Impacting eRestoration

The "eRestoration" service will be offline on the Diia portal and application from 8 PM on September 13 to 8 AM on September 15 due to technical maintenance of state registries.

This was announced by the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development.

"From 8 PM on September 13, 2025, to 8 AM on September 15, 2025, the state enterprise “NAIS” will conduct technical maintenance work on the Ministry of Justice's state registries. As the data from these registries are essential for verifying property rights, the "eRestoration" service will be unavailable during the technical work period," the announcement stated.

As previously reported, the state compensation program "eRestoration" has been operational in Ukraine for two years. As of September 1, Ukrainians have submitted approximately 166,500 applications for compensation for damaged housing. Over 108,000 individuals have received payouts totaling 10.6 billion UAH.
