Man Attempts to Escape to Moldova Using a Paraglider

A man attempting to flee to Moldova was captured by border guards.
This information was reported by the State Border Guard Service via Telegram.
The service noted: "A 48-year-old resident of Khmelnytskyi decided to cross the border using a paraglider purchased online for 500 euros. He chose a field near the border for takeoff and planned to fly without documents or navigation - "by sight".
Border guards from the Mohyliv-Podilskyi unit stopped him before he could take off.
"The violator was detained and held administratively accountable," the State Border Guard Service concluded.
