Barrier-free Odessa: city accelerates work within flagship project

The city of Odesa is actively advancing the “Movement Without Barriers”.
Today, July 24, an important online meeting took place with representatives from the Ministry of Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure of Ukraine. Participants discussed the documentation requirements and collaboration with the business sector to foster a barrier-free environment.
Under the direction of Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov, reconstruction works are already underway along the planned barrier-free route in Odesa.
This includes preparations for upgrading sidewalks, installing ramps, tactile elements, and inclusive navigation signs for individuals with disabilities.
