Multi-sharing Service Launching in Diia for Businesses

A new service called multi-sharing will be available in the "Diia" app starting June 1.

This was reported by the press service of the application.

"All digital copies of necessary documents arrive instantly, with no extra requests. Clients don't need to scan or send each document separately – everything is transmitted through "Diia" in just a few clicks. It's fast, convenient, and eliminates the risk of errors or forgery," the announcement states.

Here’s how it works:

1. The client clicks a button or scans a QR code with the "Diia" app;

2. Selects the documents they wish to send;

3. Confirms the request with Diia.Signature.

It is noted that multi-sharing operates even when the client doesn't have all the documents – only the available ones will be sent, while the system will indicate what's missing.

To connect to the service, one needs to set up or update the integration with "Diia".

According to "Diia", the service is chargeable for businesses but completely free for clients sending documents. All technical instructions and tariff information are available on the website integration.diia.gov.ua or via the Telegram bot @AiDiiaStartBot.
