Attacks on Healthcare Facilities: New Statistics

In Ukraine, there have been over 1600 attacks on healthcare facilities, with 230 of them destroyed beyond repair.
This was stated by Health Minister Viktor Lyashko during a television broadcast.
"We have recorded more than 1600 attacks on healthcare objects. It is important to note that we refer to a single hospital building, not a legal entity. 230 facilities have been so severely damaged that they cannot be restored. New construction is necessary. This only pertains to the objects currently under the control of the Ukrainian government. As for the occupied territories, we currently lack sufficient information," Lyashko stated.
