Acrobatics Championship in Lviv: Young Athletes Shine

From December 12 to 15, Lviv hosted the all-Ukrainian acrobatics championship in memory of the distinguished coach Oleksiy Chernyaviy.

More than 400 acrobats from 9 regions of Ukraine and Kyiv showcased their exceptional skills.

Participants included athletes from Odesa's children's and youth sports schools No. 1 and No. 3, competing as a united team.

In the candidates for master of sports program, Sofia Puzdrach, Alina Fesyk, and Anna Lutsker secured second place in women's groups. Among the women's pairs, Polina Melnyk and Renata Rodchenko won bronze medals.

In the 1st category, Odesa's Arthur Aloyarov and Volodymyr Kucherenko emerged as champions of the tournament.

For the 2nd category, the winning female pair consisted of Oleksandra Lystopad and Zlata Pustovaya, while Odesa’s Kateryna Khorostyana and Anna Kilivnyk took second place.

In the 3rd category, the Odesa pair Victoria Akopyan and Nikole Naumenko claimed the silver medal.

In the 1st youth category, Polina Bukhanko achieved second place in individual performances, while Maria Kikhai won in the 2nd youth category.

In the pair competitions for the 3rd youth category, the silver medals were won by the female pair Arina Minina / Myroslava Slyusarenko and the male pair Ruslan Fesyk / Daniil Bilyi.

The athletes were trained by coaches Olena Roshynets, Oksana Kopecka, and Tamara Zahrebelska.
