Winter Cup SEASIDE RUNNERS: Winners and Participants

On December 22, a sporting event took place in Odessa - the first stage of the Winter Cup SEASIDE RUNNERS.

A total of 152 athletes from different age groups participated in the races.

In the youngest category (under 6 years), the winners of the 60-meter race were Regina Kalchenko and Lev Kalchenko. Silver medals went to Nika Polishina and Valera Isaev, while bronze was awarded to Olivia Lutskevich and David Horishok.

In the age group of 7-13 years among girls on the 1 km distance, Valeriya Tsybulyshchenko claimed victory, with Polina Tsybulyshchenko taking silver, and Viktoriya Vasyuk finishing third. Among boys in the same distance, the winner was Klymentiy Gerasymchuk, second was Andriy Zasnov, and third was Andriy Kyryakov.

On the 5 km distance, Olga Moroz and Yevhen Yasin collected the first place, with silver going to Yelyzaveta Sheremeta and Denys Polyakov, and bronze to Anya Novikova and Maksym Petrov.

The 10 km distance was dominated by Sofia Harmash and Serhiy Saltevskyi, with Anna Osmykha and Yevhen Vavilov finishing second, and Olena Titova and Dmytro Bolotny taking third.

In the longest 25 km distance, the winners were Karine Hrygoryan and Maksym Kyryakov, silver medals went to Yuliya Kyrynychanska and Viktor Lazanyuk, while bronze was awarded to Oksana Postolenko and Artur Zherebtsov.

Besides the races, a festive program was organized for children.

The Winter Cup is a series of races aimed at testing physical fitness. Winners are determined for individual stages as well as for overall results across all stages. The event is organized by the public organization SEASIDE RUNNERS with the support of the Odessa City Council.
