Odesa Archers Shine at Ukrainian Championship

The archers from Odesa showcased impressive performances at the Ukrainian Championship in archery held in Lviv, earning medals across various categories.

In the qualifying round M-3x2, athletes Polina Tkachenko and Oleksandra Petukhova from the Comprehensive Children and Youth Sports School No. 17 finished in 3rd and 4th places respectively.

The team "Odesa-1", comprised of Polina Tkachenko, Oleksandra Petukhova, and Natalia Pasternak, claimed victory in the junior team competition under 21 years old.

In the "Olympic round" event, Polina Tkachenko secured the 2nd place among juniors, earning her spot in the European Championship set to take place in Bulgaria in February.

The athletes were trained by experienced coaches Valeria Tkachenko and Olena Vikhrova.
