European Karate Championships: New Achievements for Ukrainian Athletes

The European Championships in kyokushin karate, as well as the European Cup for various age groups, successfully concluded in Bucharest, Romania.
A total of 878 athletes from 18 countries participated in the events.
Among the Ukrainian national team members were athletes from Odesa.
Yehor Tepliy earned a silver medal in the 14-15 age category (up to 75 kg), while Yana Strozhenko secured a similar award in the 8-9 age category (up to 30 kg).
Bronze medals were achieved by Sofiya Vynnichenko (8-9 years, up to 30 kg), Polina Klymenko (10-11 years, up to 30 kg), and Maksym Papov (14-15 years, 60 kg).
The athletes were coached by Serhiy Papov, Vladyslav Panchenko, and Pavlo Vynnichenko.
