Odesa Gymnasts Shine at National Championships

On October 31, the Ukrainian Championship and Cup in sports acrobatics concluded in Vinnytsia, where gymnasts from Odesa showcased outstanding performances. Teams from eight regions and the capital participated in the competition.

The athletes from Odesa represented the Complex Children and Youth Sports Schools No. 1 and No. 3.

The women's group consisting of Sofia Puzdrach, Anna Lutsker, and Alina Fesik secured a commendable 3rd place in the all-around category for ages 10-16 (CMSU) and won a bronze medal at the championship.

The pair of Maria Dukhnevych and Kateryna Savchuk finished just shy of the podium, taking 4th place in balance and dynamics at the Adult Cup of Ukraine.

The athletes were trained by coaches Oksana Kopecka and Tamara Zahrebelna.
