Yulia Chumachenko Wins Silver at the Memorial in Prague

Great news for Ukrainian athletics: Yulia Chumachenko is back on the podium, winning a silver medal in the high jump at the Joseph Odlozil Memorial held in the Czech capital.

This competition marked Chumachenko's debut in the summer season of 2025. Her last appearance was at the indoor European Championship where she did not qualify.

Nine athletes participated in the memorial, including Chumachenko and junior world champion Mihaela Gruba.
