Children's Safety: A New Initiative
A new initiative titled «Mobile Safety Class» has been launched in Ukraine, carried out by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Police, and the State Emergency Service, aimed at enhancing safety awareness among children.
The Mobile Safety Class consists of specially equipped vehicles designed to teach both children and adults about safety.
Recently, such a vehicle parked at Odessa Lyceum No. 100 where representatives from the emergency service conducted a session for 4th and 5th graders.
During the lesson, children learned about the importance of following safety rules in various situations, including mine and fire safety, traffic regulations, and home safety.
These mobile safety classes help foster a sense of responsibility in children regarding their own safety and that of others. Instructors from the emergency service and police utilize interactive and game-based methods for teaching.
This project is supported by UNICEF in Ukraine.
