Digital Educational Center Launches: A New Era for Learning

Since May 2024, the new Digital Educational Center has been operational at Odessa Lyceum No. 7 as part of the project «Establishment of Digital Educational Centers and Provision of Psychosocial Support Services for Children and Youth».

The G7 Center provides various educational activities for children:

- testing and assessment of knowledge levels in school subjects using artificial intelligence;

- addressing learning gaps through group offline classes in subjects such as mathematics, Ukrainian history, languages, and sciences, including elementary school programs;

- opportunities to play board games, engage in educational games like “Minecraft”, watch films, and socialize with peers in an informal setting;

- acquiring essential skills for the 21st century through «Life Lessons» – training in digital literacy, cybersecurity, psychological resilience, communication skills, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship;

- receiving psychological support from professional psychologists during both individual and group sessions;

- taking career orientation tests to discover intelligence types and receive career advice, including virtual tours of leading Ukrainian companies;

- organizing educational events, workshops, training sessions, festivals, and flash mobs.

Throughout the summer holidays and the new 2024/2025 academic year, the Center consistently holds classes to help students catch up on basic subjects.

A popular feature is the Ecosystem testing, which allows students to assess their knowledge levels and receive additional resources for learning.

This project is implemented in collaboration with UNICEF and the Association for Innovative and Digital Education, with the involvement of teachers from Odessa Lyceum No. 7 for all interested children in the neighborhood.
