Empowering Women Leaders: The 'She Can' Project Concludes in Dobroslav

The final event of the 'She Can' project took place in Dobroslav, aimed at supporting women and enhancing their leadership skills.

This initiative was implemented by the 'Agency for Educational Policy Development' in collaboration with D4U – Dialogue for Understanding, with support from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During the closing meeting, participants presented four initiatives resulting from the training sessions. These projects impressed with their relevance and innovative approach to community challenges.

Invited by the community head, Lyudmyla Prokopenko, the Director of the Regional Office for International Cooperation in Odesa region, Oleksandr Sheka, also attended the event, providing valuable advice and praising the high level of project preparation.

Such initiatives highlight the effectiveness of international partnerships and the importance of supporting women's leadership for sustainable development in Odesa region.
