Easter Traditions Seminar in Odessa

On April 10, 2025, an online seminar titled «Revive, Pysanka!» was held for teachers and students in Odessa.

The event was part of the national seminar-practice «The Song of Ukraine», addressing issues of symbolism and meaning in Ukrainian culture.

The seminar aimed to familiarize participants with Easter traditions and teach various decorative arts skills.

Attendees had the opportunity to listen to presentations by folk art masters and participate in workshops on pysanky, Petrykivka painting, crocheting, straw weaving, and embroidery.

At the end of the seminar, participants received certificates.

Organizers: The Department of Education and Science of the Odessa City Council in collaboration with the regional public organization «Cossacks of Zaporizhzhia».
