Recognition of a Distinguished Rector in Odessa

The rector of the Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Anatoly Kovrov, was awarded the Honorary Badge of the Mayor of Odessa named after H.G. Marazli of the III degree.

This award recognizes his substantial contributions to preserving the city's architectural heritage, advancing professional education, and training generations of highly qualified engineers. Anatoly Volodymyrovych also leads a team that responds promptly to hostile attacks and provides expert assessments.

In times of war, we have come to appreciate even more the value of individuals who not only teach but also take action - systematically, professionally, and with love for their native city.
