Drone Attack in Odesa: Lost Dog Found After Explosion
During an evening drone attack on the outskirts of Odesa, a dog breeding facility was damaged. A puppy named Ichi managed to escape. The owner of the kennel, Oksana Prokhorova, published a notice about its search.
In a comment to Suspilne, the woman shared her terrifying experience of the evening attack, confirming that the missing dog had been found.
"The night was extremely frightening. There was a powerful explosion, windows shattered. Doors in the kennel area were blown off... The biggest impact caused the kennel to catch fire, the dog ran away, but it was located by morning", — the kennel owner stated.
One of the dogs from Orenburg gets stressed during shelling, so during air raid alerts, she stays with her owner in the bathroom.
"There was a loud noise. My husband ran in and just lay on us. At that moment, there was an explosion", — the woman recalls.
The dog that ran away was in its kennel at the time of the explosion. It fled in panic:
"It’s good that he was in the kennel. We saw there was no blood at night, — we’ll find him. All the dog owners tried to help search at night, but only in the morning, when it got light, did we find him".

The Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office has initiated a pre-trial investigation into the facts of war crimes. According to investigators, damage was inflicted on the premises of a private enterprise, houses, and vehicles. A 66-year-old local resident sustained burns and was hospitalized.
