Revitalizing Urban Green Spaces: New Initiatives and Projects

The employees of the municipal enterprise «Miskzelentrest» are actively engaged in enhancing the city's green spaces.

In Istanbul Park, specialists are refurbishing benches and trash cans, as well as restoring signage at the drinking water fountain.

Landscapers are maintaining the sanitary condition of green areas, and as summer approaches, they plan to adorn the park with vibrant summer flowers.

Additionally, treatments with bio-preparations are being carried out on green hedges made of boxwood to protect against pests.

The specialists of «Miskzelentrest» are also undertaking extensive greening projects along the medians of Southern and Mykolaiv Roads. Together with the «City Roads» enterprise, they are working on lowering the soil in the median strip on Yaroslav Mudry Avenue, using both machinery and manual labor.

Tree planting continues in parks and along the streets, with local residents actively participating in the process. On the main streets, trees are primarily planted in holes cleared after stump removal.
