New Dairy Farm Planned in Ostrivne: Investment and Future Prospects

This autumn, a dairy farm worth over 35 million hryvnias is planned to be built in the village of Ostrivne, part of the Suvorov community in the Izmail district. The project will be funded through foreign investments.

According to the publication "Bessarabia. INFORM", the project documentation is currently under development.

Dairy Farm Concept

The first phase includes the construction of a barn for 200 cows, which will be attended to by 21 staff members. Over the next three to four years, a milk processing plant is planned to be launched, which will produce products under its own brand.

Funding the Project

A foreign investor intends to renovate the old buildings of the local farm on a six-hectare site. The new enterprise, expected to start operating in a year and a half, will initially work with processing plants in the Odessa region.
