New Digital Initiative for Odesa

On April 3, 2025, during a meeting of the Accessibility Council, Odesa's Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov unveiled the new digital platform MISTO. This initiative is designed to simplify access to various city services and enhance communication between authorities and citizens.

The attendees were introduced to the platform's key features, including accessibility tools that are currently available to residents, as well as services that are still in development.

Particular emphasis was placed on the «Accessibility Map» service, which is actively being developed. Expert groups from the Accessibility Council will provide verified data to the Department of Information and Digital Solutions regarding accessible services, infrastructure facilities, educational institutions, and healthcare establishments, as well as recreational elements to be included on the map.
