Government Support for Business in Odesa Region

This information was released by the press service of the Odesa Regional State Administration.

Government assistance has been provided to:

• 15 processing enterprises – 74.8 million UAH
• 813 participants of the «Own Business» program – 201.5 million UAH.
• 5 greenhouse farms – 30 million UAH.
• 14 horticulturists – 42.8 million UAH.
• 36 veterans and their families – 17.5 million UAH

“In total – 349 million UAH of state investments in the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Odesa region! This ranks fifth among the regions of Ukraine,” the OVA noted.

Despite the ongoing war, over the past year, foreigners established more than a thousand new companies in Ukraine. The capital city saw the highest number of new businesses, while the Odesa region was surpassed in popularity by Lviv region.
