Ukrzaliznytsia Ticket Sales Platforms Restored

The online ticket sales systems for Ukrzaliznytsia have resumed stable operations.

This was reported by the company’s press service.

"We completed the transition to the new platform overnight, established necessary protections, and are actively working on additional functionalities," the statement reads.

The company also noted that the mobile application has restored access to travel planning with transfers.

Throughout the day, online displays with train schedules at stations will be gradually restored.

"There are no queues at the station ticket offices," the company added.

On March 23, a large-scale cyberattack targeted Ukrzaliznytsia, disrupting nearly all of its online services.

On March 27, the online ticket sales system was restored in a backup format for purchasing new tickets and processing returns.
