Rescue Operation at Sea

On March 27, during a border patrol, the crew of the Coast Guard vessel discovered an empty inflatable boat in the sea. Upon approaching, the border guards noticed a man clinging to the side of the boat, trying to get out of the water. This was reported by the Ukrainian Coast Guard.

Due to the cold water temperature, the victim was quickly losing strength. The sailors immediately pulled him aboard, provided necessary assistance, and warmed him with hot tea. It turned out that the man had fallen into the water due to his own carelessness. The boat was taken in tow and brought to shore.

"The rescued individual's condition is satisfactory, and he did not require medical assistance" - stated in the report.
