Fatal Accident Near Peresyp Bridge: Woman Dies

The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal accident that occurred near the Peresyp Bridge, resulting in the death of a woman. The incident took place on March 4 at around 7 PM.
According to Dmitry Slyuta, head of the transport crime investigation department of the National Police in the Odessa region, a 53-year-old driver of a DAF truck, while driving on Otaman Holovaty Street towards Balkivska Street, struck a woman who was crossing the road during a turn.
"Unfortunately, the victim, whose identity is yet to be established, died from her injuries," the police reported.
