Preparations for the New Heating Season in Odesa

The new heating season is about to begin in Odesa. Specialists from the utility company «Housing and Communal Services» are diligently preparing the central heating systems for the winter.

It is important to note that as early as spring 2024, the company «Housing and Communal Services» initiated critical preparations for the 2024-2025 internal heating systems.

As part of these preparations, specialists are conducting necessary repair works, including maintenance of equipment, checking accounting and regulation systems for thermal energy, as well as addressing any identified issues within the hydraulic systems.

Workers from the company «HCS» are also flushing systems, restoring thermal insulation, and verifying the sealing of engineering inputs.

Experts have conducted hydraulic tests, tuned the systems, and carried out several other essential tasks to ensure the reliability of heating in residential buildings.

After the completion of repair works, the systems are filled with purified water at a pressure exceeding the static by 0.5 kgf/cm², and the inlet valves are closed.

With the onset of the heating season, plumbers will sequentially open the valves in the buildings, which may take some time, after which heat will flow into the residents' apartments.
