Municipal Services for Residential Buildings in Odesa
Employees of the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services «Chornomorskyi» are engaged daily in maintaining the cleanliness of the surrounding areas of residential buildings.
Twice a day, the cleaners carry out various cleaning tasks, including sweeping yards, emptying trash bins, and washing garbage containers.
As part of scheduled work, the municipal staff also takes care of lawns and flower beds around the buildings they service.
Residents can request maintenance and repair of essential building systems from the specialists of the «Housing and Communal Services «Chornomorskyi».
Every Wednesday and Thursday, technical inspections of the buildings, repairs of engineering networks, cleaning of stairwells, and washing of containers are conducted.
In October, the municipal workers were active at the following addresses: Yaroslav Mudryi Ave, 5, 34, 34a, 36, 13 and 25; Ak. Korolov St, 42, 118/2, 76/2, 81/3, 45/1, 53/1, 58 and 104/1; Hlodan Family St, 6/1, 23, 13, 15, 17 and 27; Yevhen Chykalenko St, 75, 77 and 52/4; Lustdorfskaya Rd, 176 and 178.
Additionally, two sewer outlets were replaced at Yaroslav Mudryi Ave, 13/1. The foundation was restored after replacing the sewer at Hlodan Family St, 17, benches were painted at Ak. Korolov St, 90a, and preparatory work was done for a new elevator at Hlodan Family St, 31.
The «Housing and Communal Services «Chornomorskyi» has also purchased LED lights which are being installed in the entrances of serviced buildings.
This week, specialists from the enterprise participated in emergency response following enemy shelling.
