Management of Municipal Services in Odesa

The staff of the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services «Fontansky» works daily to maintain order in the adjacent territories.

Twice a day, the enterprise's workers carry out cleaning operations, which include sweeping yards, emptying trash bins, and washing waste containers.

Additionally, the municipal workers mow grass, trim trees, and care for flower beds and lawns around the buildings they service.

Specialists from JKS «Fontansky» also perform repair work on residential buildings upon request from residents, including replacing heating and water supply pipes.

Since the beginning of October, employees have completed restoration and cleaning of drainage pipes and gutters at various addresses, including: Pyragovska St., 7/9 and others.

Current roof repairs (replacement of the purlin and gutter) were carried out at: Staroporto-frankivska St., 137b.

In preparation for the heating season, specialists performed repairs on the networks at the elevator unit located at: Mariinsky St., 6.
