Daily Maintenance of Residential Areas by Cheryomushki Services

Employees of the Municipal Enterprise «Housing and Utility Service Cheryomushki» are dedicated to maintaining order in the adjacent territories every day.

Twice a day, the janitors of the enterprise perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping courtyards, emptying trash bins, picking up litter, washing garbage containers, and other maintenance duties.

Additionally, the utility workers take care of grass cutting, tree trimming, and the upkeep of flower beds and lawns around the serviced buildings.

Experts from the «Housing and Utility Service Cheryomushki» also carry out repair works on essential systems in response to residents' requests, including the replacement and repair of heating and water supply pipes, sewage systems, electrical supply, roofs, and entrances.

Since the beginning of October, the employees have conducted technical maintenance on the elevator unit at the address: Ovidiopolskaya Road, 6, repaired the central heating pipeline in the basements at the addresses: Cosmonauts St., 66 and E. Tantsyura St. (Gen. Petrova), 7/1, and prepared other buildings for the heating season at the addresses: Filatov St., 66, Novikov St., 17, and Cosmonauts St., 19/1.

At residents' requests, partial roof repairs were also carried out at the addresses: Ivan and Yuri Lip St., 76, Varna St., 14/2, E. Tantsyura St. (Gen. Petrova), 45, Filatov St., 37, and Rabina St., 29.

Moreover, utility workers conducted technical maintenance and repairs on drainage systems at the address: St. Sv. Richter, 148/1, replaced an automatic circuit breaker in the switchboard at the address: Cosmonauts St., 28, and inspected sewage wells at the addresses: Rabina St. 5, 22, and 57, as well as carried out unclogging of the sewage outlet at the address: Radisna St., 23 and restored the sewage pipeline at the address: Filatov St., 48.
