Day of Mourning in Odesa

In light of the tragic event that occurred on the night of January 27, 2026, due to an enemy large-scale attack on Odesa using strike drones, January 28, 2026, has been declared a day of mourning.
The State Flag of Ukraine and the flag of the city of Odesa will be flown at half-mast with mourning ribbons.
All enterprises, institutions, and organizations in the city, regardless of ownership, are advised to limit the use of music and entertainment activities.
