Tatiana Kirienko's Visit to Odesa: Support for IDPs and Affected Citizens

On November 27, 2025, Odesa was visited by Tatiana Kirienko, Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine, to familiarize herself with local social services.

Her visit focused on the services supporting internally displaced persons (IDPs) and citizens affected by the armed conflict.

During her stay in the city, Tatiana Kirienko visited:

  • A center for psychological assistance for IDPs and conflict-affected individuals;
  • The front office of the Integrated Social Services Center;
  • A rescue assistance center;
  • The "Single Window for Veterans" program;
  • Service Center No. 11 of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Odesa region.

During the visit, the emphasis was placed on coordinating actions and teamwork between the ministry and local authorities to avoid duplication of assistance programs.

Tatiana Kirienko highlighted the importance of ensuring the inclusion and accessibility of social services at all levels, which is a priority during the war and post-war recovery.

Also present at the meeting was Dmitry Radulov, Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional State Administration.

Odesa continues to be a city where people receive not only assistance but also warmth, support, and hope for the future.
