City Road Management: Recent Achievements

The specialists of the municipal enterprise «City Roads» are responsible for the maintenance and operation of the streets, bridges, and vital infrastructure facilities, including stormwater drainage systems.

They perform manual and mechanical street cleaning, and in the summer, they also wash the road surfaces using specialized equipment.

Regular cleaning and repairs of catch basins, drainage wells, and other elements are carried out. Additionally, sidewalk repairs, pothole patching, painting, and cleaning of bus stops and bins are performed. If necessary, work is done to raise manholes and storm grates to road level.

Since the beginning of 2024, the workers have repaired cobblestones covering an area of – 141 sq.m, tiled surfaces – 1162.02 sq.m, and staircases – 16.4 sq.m. Pothole repairs on the road surface amounted to – 39556.97 sq.m, asphalt laying on the roadway – 5526.59, and sidewalks – 3258.1 sq.m.

Reinstatement of 11333.85 sq.m of excavations has been carried out after the completion of the work by the municipal enterprise «City Heating of Odessa».

Urban improvement works are ongoing.
