Green Tributes in the Streets of Odesa

On November 8, 2025, educators in Odesa held an event dedicated to honoring the memory of fallen soldiers by planting greenery.

Young saplings, including ashes, birches, maples, oaks, viburnums, pomegranates, paulownias, chestnuts, linden trees, spruces, bushes of Cossack juniper, and magnolias were planted near educational institutions.

These young trees represent courage, strength of spirit, and the readiness to defend the homeland. This event serves as a profound expression of gratitude to our defenders and a reminder that the memory of heroes will live on in our hearts and the green streets of our city.

The educators of Odesa continue to educate and nurture the younger generation, demonstrating their love for the city, unity, and care for the environment through their actions.
