Resumption of Romanian Consular Services in Odesa

Starting from October 16, 2025, the Romanian General Consulate in Odesa will resume its public outreach activities in the Odesa region. This was announced by the consulate's press service on its website.
Initially, all activities will be conducted at the «Premier» hotel (32 Akademichna St., Odesa) until the necessary administrative issues for the full resumption of the mission's activities at its headquarters are resolved.
For more information and to schedule an appointment regarding available emergency consular services (travel documents, notarial acts, applications to renounce temporary protection granted by the Romanian state, signing declarations of belonging to Romanian cultural identity), interested parties are asked to contact:  consulat.itinerant.odesa@gmail.com .
It is worth noting that the Romanian General Consulate in Odesa has not been operational for over three years, causing dissatisfaction among the Romanian community in Budjak.
