Infrastructure Upgrades in the Peresyp District

In 2024, the utility company «Housing and Communal Services «Peresyp» undertaken a significant amount of repair work on facilities under their management.

A total of 764 resident requests were processed for necessary repairs.

At the request of the residents, specialists from «JKS Peresyp» completed the following works: central heating system repairs – 15 requests; replaced central heating pipelines – 76 p/m; sewage pipelines – 54 p/m; cold water supply pipelines – 132 p/m; storm sewage pipelines – 20 p/m; roof repairs – 59 sq.m of slate and 270 sq.m of soft roofing; cleaned basements – 1979 sq.m; attics – 1977 sq.m; repaired 8 switchboards; replaced 8 light fixtures; repaired 1 entrance. Disinfection was also conducted in 7 buildings and deratization in 2. Green areas were mowed covering a total area of 7.2 ha, and 2 illegal dumps were eliminated.

The workers participated in 9 operations to mitigate the consequences of enemy shelling. A total of 125 p/m of windows were covered with film.
Additionally, daily, the janitors maintain order in the adjacent territories. Cleanup is done twice a day (including sweeping, emptying bins, removing litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).

Moreover, the utility workers handle grass mowing, tree trimming, fallen leaf collection, and care for flower beds and lawns. They also participate in citywide clean-up events as needed, eliminating illegal dumps and the aftermath of enemy attacks.
