Assistance for Weather-Affected Residents in Odesa

On October 8, 2025, an extraordinary session of the Odesa City Council of the VIII convocation took place.
The council members approved a decision to allocate funds to aid those impacted by the recent severe weather.
Changes have been made to the City Target Program for Social Services, increasing funding by 126.28 million UAH in 2025.
This money will be directed to district administrations for providing financial aid to individuals affected by the emergency situation caused by the heavy rainfall on September 30.
Affected individuals should contact their district administrations to apply for assistance.
The amount of assistance is as follows:
- for apartments in multi-storey buildings — up to 87,600 UAH;
- for private houses — up to 189,900 UAH.
