Upgrades in Cheriomushki Public Services

The municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services «Cheriomushki» has carried out significant upgrades to its infrastructure and engineering networks in 2024. 

At the request of residents, experts from the enterprise performed the following maintenance tasks: roof repairs covering 1400 sq.m (300 sq.m of slate); replacement of drainage systems - 60 linear meters; refurbishment of the entrance - 1 unit; replacement of central heating pipelines - 234 linear meters; repairs of cold water supply pipes - 188 linear meters; storm sewer repairs - 20 m; electrical network repairs - 880 linear meters; ongoing sewer system repairs - 500 linear meters. 

Additionally, in response to the consequences of enemy attacks, glazing of the entrances of apartment buildings was completed, covering an area of 50 sq.m. 

Every day, the enterprise's cleaners maintain order in the adjacent territories. Cleaning operations (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, picking up litter, washing garbage containers, etc.) are carried out twice daily.

Moreover, the municipal workers undertake grass cutting, tree trimming, leaf collection, and care for flower beds and lawns around the buildings they service. When necessary, they participate in citywide clean-up days, removing illegal dumps and addressing the aftermath of enemy attacks.
