Ukraine and Mastercard Join Forces for Digital Transformation

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and Mastercard are embarking on a new phase of collaboration aimed at enhancing cybersecurity and digital solutions for entrepreneurs. The agreement was signed by key representatives from both organizations during an official meeting.
This memorandum opens new opportunities for improving the business environment in Ukraine.

Mastercard has long been a reliable partner, and together we have implemented numerous initiatives that facilitate life for businesses and citizens. This new memorandum represents another milestone in our partnership, focusing on enhancing financial literacy and developing digital tools for entrepreneurs.

Key areas of focus include:

• Improving the digital skills of small and medium enterprises;
• Developing solutions for secure financial transactions;
• Providing access to educational resources through the Dii.Education platform;
• Advancing GovTech initiatives in collaboration with the Global Government Technology Centre Kyiv;
• Creating new cybersecurity programs for businesses.

For many years, Mastercard has supported governments in their digitalization efforts. Together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, we are implementing projects that promote the country's progress, and we eagerly anticipate new achievements in our collaboration.

We have already jointly launched many important initiatives, such as the Dii.Business portal and the opening of our first offices abroad. Mastercard is also actively working on financial instruments for entrepreneurs that simplify registration and access to services.
