Veterans Register Update: Key Information
On Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 09:30 to 23:00, scheduled maintenance will be conducted for the Unified State Register of War Veterans. This is reported by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.
During this time, the Register will be temporarily suspended, and services integrated with it will be unavailable, including:
- digital veteran ID in the apps «Diia» and «Veteran Pro»;
- online and offline services related to the Register;
- status checks for veterans at the offices of authorized representatives;
- automatic status checks for benefit provision.
The Ministry assures that all users' personal data remains protected. After the completion of the work, the functionality of the Register and related services will be restored to normal operation.
The Unified State Register of War Veterans is an official database containing information about individuals with veteran status, combat participants, and those affected by war. The Register facilitates automated status verification for providing benefits, social services, and government support. It is integrated with various digital services that simplify access to rights and guarantees for veterans.
The Ministry urges everyone to consider the temporary limitations and inform veterans and citizens about potential inconveniences.
