Join the Global Cleanup Day 2025

On September 20, 2025, Ukraine, along with millions of activists from 211 countries, will participate in the Global Cleanup Day «World Cleanup Day». Residents of cities, towns, and villages will unite to clean the environment from waste and promote a culture of cleanliness. In 2024, over 404,000 participants contributed to cleaning more than 26,000 locations across 24 regions of Ukraine, including Ukrainians abroad. In the international ranking, Ukraine ranked 11th among 211 countries.

In Odesa, the event will take place on September 20, 2025, at Taras Shevchenko Park (near the Shell) at 10:00 AM. 

 How to participate:

• by September 20, choose a convenient format — individually, with friends, family, or colleagues;
• clean your favorite place — a park, street, or yard;

The event will be held considering safety conditions and the martial law situation.

Participation formats for the Global Cleanup Day 2025:

• Traditional cleanups — cleaning in parks, yards, and public spaces. Participation can be individual or in groups, ensuring safety.
• Digital cleanup — decluttering electronic devices and removing unnecessary information to reduce the digital footprint: letsdoitukraine.org/digitalcleanup
• Sorting recyclables — participate in the project «Find. Sort. Submit» and contribute data to the map of recycling points: recyclingpoints.org
• Ukrainians abroad — can organize cleanups online or offline, thanking host cities while supporting Ukraine from afar. Registration of results is mandatory.
