New Digital Features in the MISTO App

From August 6 to 21, 2025, a survey titled «What new digital services would you like to see in the MISTO app?» was conducted in the mobile application MISTO.

The survey results indicated that the residents of Odessa are particularly interested in the following services: 
• public transport movement updates — 19%; 
• payment options for transport fares — 16%.

Digital transport services will soon be available in MISTO! 

Other popular requests included: 
• ticket purchasing (for zoos, museums, etc.) — 12%; 
• partner services (train and bus tickets, concerts, shows) — 10%.

Both of the following received 8% of votes: 
• contacting your district representative; 
• tourist routes with audio guides.

In the second to last place (7%) were: 
• medical services (doctor appointments); 
• payment for utilities (heating, water, gas, electricity, waste).

The least priority was given to: 
• accessibility maps and barrier-free routes; 
• payment of parking fines.

We are committed to making these services available in the MISTO app. Stay updated on the survey results and enjoy convenient services in the MISTO app.
